3Industries DepartmentAEROSPACE AND DEFENCE MANUFACTURING POLICY 2018The Corpus of StartUp Capital infrastructure fund & seed fund of the Startup Policy 2016 shall be extended to Aerospace & defence manufacturing units to promote research & innovation through startups in the state.
4Science & Technology DepartmentBiotechnology Policy 2018Establishing Bio Incubation Center, Govt shall grant Bio-Innovation grant along lines of BIRAC big kind of grants.Conduct annual workshop “Catch Them Young” to attract Biotechnology innovators for Startups in Biotechnology.

6Science & Technology DepartmentGuidelines for Bio-Innovation Grant(BInG)As entrepreneurial support, BInG Partners will provide continuous mentoring support to the grantees, in genres like Technical Mentoring, IP Support, Legal Support,Networking and Outreach, Connect with Investors and any other assistance on case to case basis.

Logistics Policy 2022Encouraging innovation in the logistics sector, the Goverment shall keep provision for reserved office space / Plug- and-Play facilities in O-Hub, and upcoming IDCO Towers. The State shall propose a special Innovation Fund of INR 1 crore for supporting start-ups in Logistics (for the first two years). The State Logistics Cell shall be the custodian of the Fund, and allotment shall be done through competitive eligibility criteria.
