Startup Odisha hosted an insightful mentoring session titled “Hiring Right – Building a Winning Team” On February 14, 2025, at 3:00 PM, as part of the Startup Focus– Mentor Connect Series. The event took place in the Auditorium on the 2nd Floor of O-HUB, Startup Odisha, located at SEZ Road, Chandaka, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The session commenced with opening remarks by Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Startup Odisha. Chief Financial Officer emphasized the critical role of effective hiring in building successful startups and highlighted the organization’s commitment to providing entrepreneurs with the necessary tools and knowledge to thrive in a competitive landscape. The event featured Satwik Swain, Secretary General of the Odisha Assembly of Small and Medium Enterprises (OASME), as the keynote speaker. With extensive experience in supporting over 25,000 entrepreneurs through policy advocacy, infrastructure development, and business facilitation, Mr. Swain provided valuable insights into effective hiring practices and team-building strategies.
