The Utkarsh Odisha Conclave 2025 witnessed the esteemed presence of Union Minister Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Hon’ble Minister of Education, Government of India, who addressed the audience alongside Shri Gokulananda Malik, Minister of State (Independent Charge), MSME Department; Shri Krushna Chandra Mohapatra, Minister, Government of Odisha (Housing & Urban Development and Public Enterprises); and Shri Suryabanshi Suraj, Minister of Odia Language, Literature, and Culture, Government of Odisha. Shri Dharmendra Pradhan shared his inspiring vision of nurturing 100 unicorns in Odisha by 2036, marking the centenary of the state’s formation, and acknowledged the remarkable momentum already present in Odisha’s startup ecosystem. The Startup Odisha Pavilion also served as the backdrop for the signing of key Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with leading organizations such as HDFC Bank, Hero MotoCorp, Oplus India (OPPO), Merstra Foundation, Transition Venture Capital (TVC), ACIC GIET University, Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management (IITTM), The Circle Founders Club, and the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC). These strategic collaborations are set to significantly strengthen the innovation ecosystem and promote dynamic partnerships. Adding to the day’s milestones, a coffee table book and an official newsletter were also inaugurated, capturing the essence and evolution of Odisha’s entrepreneurial journey. The conclave also welcomed the enthusiastic participation of over 4,000 students and aspiring entrepreneurs from various universities and educational institutions, setting the stage for the rise of Odisha’s next generation of entrepreneurs.

It served as a vibrant hub for entrepreneurship, fostering innovation, investment, and partnerships while reinforcing the state’s commitment to empowering its startup ecosystem.
The Startup Odisha Experience Zone at Utkarsh Odisha 2025 has emerged as a key attraction, drawing students, entrepreneurs, and the public into an immersive world of innovation and creativity. Designed to showcase the journey from ideation to execution, the zone features cutting-edge exhibits such as the Drishti Akash Dome, Satya Drishti, Startup Shastra, and Startup Dwar.
