Brief about the Program–
AIKYAM – Incubators’ Capacity Development Workshop helped incubators grow and become sustainable by providing their managers with comprehensive training and mentorship. The workshop threw light upon the know-how of Business Incubation Architecture and the nitty gritty of various aspects of Incubation & Business Model Canvas.
Dr. Lakshmi Jagannathan, CEO, of DERBI Foundation, Ebin Ephrem, Principal Consultant & Partner Mercon Strategy Consulting, and Yamini Bhushan Pandey, MD, IIML-EIC were the chief speakers of the workshop. They collectively inculcated the need for developing a sustainable & scalable Incubator model and trained them about the basics of Incubation Architecture, Impact Measures, raising funds from Government Bodies, and an Action Plan to run the Incubation Centre. The event was attended by 15 Incubators and 15 academic institutions that aspire to launch their own Incubation Centres under the guidance of Startup Odisha officials.
